NOC Supervisor
At First Iraqi Bank, I coordinate the monitoring team’s day-to-day work, including incident reporting, shift handovers, and team development.
My earlier NOC Engineer work at Gateway ICT Solutions built a foundation in checking service health, assessing alerts, and reporting issues to responsible teams.

I earned Cisco CCNA certification in August 2026 and am continuing to develop my network engineering and security knowledge.
